The Beach Boys who had a big hit with "Help Me, Rhonda" [Far Out Magazine]
The aim of Help Me, Ronda has always been clear, ie a one-stop-shop for information and advice about the Serrania de Ronda.
Since there are no paid-for advertisements, the integrity of the site and its information is unquestioned.
I only list businesses and services that I know personally and have happily used over a quarter of a century of living in the area.
I do not give favourable reviews, for example, to restaurants that have offered me a free meal or have purchased an ad, as is the case with most websites.
Spanish leaders in history
No wonder they are disappointed.
The Facebook group is nothing without the website.
So, I am closing down the Facebook group.
It’s not worth the hassle, nor, apparently, does it enhance what I’m trying to do with the website.
You can still post comments, advice, requests for help, etc, but via the website.

If you have something relevant to say or to post, you can still do so, but via the website.
And if you are moved to contribute the odd post, please do so. Recipes are particularly welcome, as are restaurant, art, film and theatre reviews or suggested excursions.
You will get full credit.
